Bear discusses the recent death of a black man, Keenan Anderson who died struggling against the police while intoxicated with various drugs, and as a result the police tased him four times in order to get Anderson to stop struggling. Later, Anderson died of cardiac arrest and Larry Elder reported about Anderson's death to get to the bottom of why he got himself in a position of struggling against the police, and why he got himself on drugs to begin with, and Bear will comment on how Keenan Anderson's death could have been prevented.
