Excessive television viewing will make you lazy, unproductive, and depressed. It's okay to watch things here and there but think of everything that can be achieved in the 4 hours a day people spend in front of the television. Get a hobby, create art, be kind to your body and exercise, tell your significant other how much you love them, spend time with your children, live life!
